Charge Policies
Like any popular resort, our pet resort has
a check Unlike other resorts, we don't restrict our guests arrival time. As a matter of fact we've just extended our hours to 12 hours per day, 7 days per week, except for just a few holidays. Our new hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Pets picked up by Noon are not charged for that day. Some of our guests' "parents" have asked us why our resorts are more expensive than "warehousing" a pet with a veterinarian or at a "kennel" that doesn't exercise or pay a lot of attention to their pet guests. The answer is simple - we're locally owned, and actively managed by Ken, Stacey, Pamela, Alex, Krystal, Linda and Arlene we have a much better pets to pet-care providers ratio than most places, with over $2.5 million dollars in improvements to our modern resort, and we pay our team much more, with more pet care providers for the amount of pets staying with us than anyone else in the industry," Our team of pet-care providers are like our family and they love the pets who are left in their care. They constantly communicate this love and affection to the dogs and cats who stay with us, by making the pets feel like this really is their second home.
